1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the JCSA Guest Management platform and participation in Saudi Cup events organised by the Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia (JCSA). By registering, nominating, or accepting an invitation you agree to these terms.
2. Accreditation & registration
- Registration is by invitation or approved nomination only. Submitting a registration does not guarantee accreditation; every application passes through JCSA review and approval workflows.
- All information provided (identity, passport, travel details) must be accurate and complete. Inaccurate information may result in rejection or withdrawal of accreditation.
- JCSA may request supporting documents (passport copy, photo, visa documents) before approval.
3. Badges & access
- Accreditation badges are strictly personal and non-transferable. Lending, selling, or duplicating a badge leads to immediate withdrawal of access.
- Badge holders must comply with the access zones printed on or encoded in their badge and follow the instructions of security and accreditation staff at all times.
- Badges must be visibly worn within the venue and presented on request.
4. Travel & hospitality
- Flights, accommodation, and ground transfers arranged through the platform are subject to availability, category entitlements, and approval by JCSA.
- Changes and cancellations must be requested through the guest portal as early as possible; late changes may not be accommodated.
5. Conduct & withdrawal
JCSA reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or withdraw accreditation at its discretion, including for breach of these terms, security concerns, or misconduct at the venue. Decisions of the accreditation committee are final.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, JCSA is not liable for indirect losses arising from schedule changes, travel disruption, or event cancellation beyond its control.
